Robbery Suspects Sought By Tulsa Police

TULSA, OK -- Tulsa Police are searching for a gunman who robbed a Tulsa motel early Friday morning and a man who stole a car from the victim's front yard.

Police say the suspect entered the lobby of the La Quinta Inn near 41st Street and U.S. Highway 169 and demanded money.

He took off with cash and a laptop.

Officers say the suspect's description is similar to other motel robberies over the last few months.

In an unrelated incident, a Tulsa man was robbed and his car stolen early Friday morning.

The incident happened in the man's front yard near 51^st and Lewis at 1:30 a.m.

Tulsa Police say the suspect confronted the victim and implied he had a gun.

The suspect then took off in the victim's silver Honda Accord.

Anyone with information about either robbery is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 596-COPS.
