Closed 1st Street Exit On I-244 Backs Up Traffic In Tulsa

TULSA, OK -- The Oklahoma State Department of Transportation closed a downtown Tulsa exit ramp early Thursday, which in turn caused a backup in the westbound lanes of I-244.   

Westbound traffic on I-244 was backed up past Harvard at one point during the morning commute.  

ODOT says the 1st Street exit will be closed until 3 p.m. Thursday for overhead bridge work.
