OOLOGAH, OK -- Nine middle school students have been taken into custody after a random search by a drug-sniffing dog this week according to the Oologah Lake Leader newspaper.
Oologah Police Chief Novale Thompson said the students were in possession of marijuana or paraphernalia.
Thompson says the students were released to the custody of their parents and the cases were turned over to the state Office of Juvenile Affairs.
All nine students will face suspensions.
