Police: Tulsa Man Arrested In Connection With Chop Shop Operation

TULSA, OK -- Tulsa Police raided a suspected chop shop operation Wednesday afternoon in north Tulsa. 

In a news release from Tulsa Police, auto theft detectives were called to assist police officers on the recovery of multiple stolen vehicles at a salvage yard at 3815 North Lewis. 

Police say during the search of Mark Parker's North Tulsa Auto Salvage, detectives located 6 stolen vehicles, a stolen $40,000 bass boat and two stolen license plates. 

Owner Mark Parker, 57, was arrested and booked into the Tulsa County jail on complaints of operating a chop shop, possession of stolen vehicles and knowingly concealing stolen property.
