OKLAHOMA CITY -- Oklahoma lawmakers are moving forward as they try to opt out of nationalized health care. Late Wednesday afternoon the House passed another measure that would do just that.

"Given the serious impact the federal plan would have on access to and affordability of health care, it's only right to give Oklahomans the opportunity to voice their opinion of ObamaCare," said House Majority Floor Leader Tad Jones, R-Claremore.

Other states have taken similar steps, but the debate is ongoing whether these resolutions are even constitutional.

Read the resolution exempting Oklahoma from health care; No. 1054.

There are two other similar measures being taken up in the Senate right now.
