Tulsan Ordered To Stand Trial In The Death Of Her Baby

TULSA, OK -- A Tulsa woman charged with the death of her seven-week-old baby boy has been ordered to stand trial for his death. 

Dominique Lagail Lee, 18, was charged with first-degree murder on December 31st.

Tulsa Police began their investigation into the death of Kai'den Terry on September 27th.  Emergency responders found the baby unresponsive and he was later pronounced dead.

At first Lee told police she did not know what happened to her baby.  But they say she later told them she had an argument with the baby's biological father and threw the baby head first onto the floor.

Back in 2007, another one of Lee's children, a 6-week-old boy named Ammonite Ray, was also found dead. 

Her next court hearing is set for April 5th in Tulsa County District Court.
