OKLAHOMA CITY -- A spokesperson for the State Medical Examiner's Office said they have found tissue samples that were missing from two autopsies.
Last week, State lawmaker Randy Terrill accused former Chief Medical Examiner Dr. Collie Trant of stealing that evidence.
Trant's attorney denied the allegations and said the missing evidence was still at the M.E.'s office.
Workers inside the Oklahoma City office found it on Monday. They also found a human larynx from a Louisiana homicide case and returned it to Trant.
