OKLAHOMA CITY -- The remembrance ceremony for April 19, 1995 is always an emotional affair and so are the reunions.

Oklahomans were brought together in the wake of such tragedy. Hearts went out to all victims and their families but particularly to the children at the destroyed daycare.

Only six kids survived. One of them is P.J. Allen.

Allen was just 18-months-old when the bombing took place. He suffered severely damaged lungs and a broken arm in the attack.

Now, he is a successful 16-year-old studying hard at Bishop McGuiness High School in Oklahoma City.

After Monday's remembrance ceremony, P.J. Allen reunited with former Governor Frank Keating and First Lady Cathy Keating, who called the reunion emotional.

"It's one of the greatest warmest outcomes of this terrible tragedy," said Cathy Keating.

"I can't believe it. You're a man. He was just a little tiny boy struggling for his life the last time I saw him," Frank Keating said to P.J. Allen and his grandmother.

P.J. said he now enjoys photography and math. He hopes to become a mechanical engineer in the future.
