Tulsa Man To Honor Mom In OKC Memorial Marathon Sunday

TULSA, OK -- A Tulsa man is getting ready to run his first marathon in honor of his mom. Kyle Genzer is competing in the Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon on Sunday.

His mother, Jamie Genzer, was killed in the blast.

A Weatherford woman is doing the same. Allysone Moore is running her very first marathon in honor of her father.

"I miss him, every year no matter, it's been 15 years. It's just that every year is still difficult, I don't think that will ever go away," she said.

Moore was a high school senior when she lost her father, Steve Williams, in the bombing.

She says with this year being the 15th anniversary, she wanted to do something special to remember her him.
