Arrest Made In Wagoner County Child Molestation

TULSA, OK -- Wagoner County Sheriff's Office has made an arrest in an alleged child molestation that occurred in the Coweta area.

Jerrod Ontiveros, 28, was booked on first degree rape and three counts of lewd or indecent act with a child under 16.

The Sheriff's Office learned of the crime on Sunday, May 9, according to a news release. Detective Lamar Jackson investigated the incident and obtained an arrest warrant for Ontiveros within 48 hours. U.S. Marshals located Ontiveros in Tulsa where he was "hiding out," the release states.

Jackson is asking anyone with information about Ontiveros to contact the Wagoner County Sheriff's office at 918-485-3124 or their local law enforcement agency.
