Additional Charges Filed In Neal Sweeney Murder Case

TULSA, OK -- The Tulsa County District Attorney's Office has filed two more charges against a Tulsa businessman in connection with the murder of Neal Sweeney in 2008.

In a filing Friday morning, the state filed amended charges of first-degree murder and soliciting for murder in the death of Neal Sweeney against Mohammed Aziz.

Earlier this week, Tulsa Police arrested Mohammed Aziz on a charge of conspiracy to commit first degree murder.

Sweeney was shot and killed in September 2008 at his east Tulsa business office.

Aziz remains in the Tulsa County jail with no bond. Aziz denies being involved in Sweeney's murder.
