Space in Tulsa's first ever condo development is for sale Wednesday evening. Developers showed off what they've named 119 Downtown, located at 6th and Cincinnati.

TULSA, OK -- Space in Tulsa's first ever condo development is for sale Wednesday. Developers showed off what they've named 119 Downtown, located at 6th and Cincinnati.

The 72-unit development will have workout facilities, a Bocce ball court, retail on the first floor and security. The condos will start at $135,000 and go up to $1 million-plus penthouse units.

Developers say reports have shown that downtown Tulsa needs more permanent housing, and they're hoping to fill the gap.

"We need to take the plan and enact it, but it's going to take a village to bring back a village," said developer Jim Hawkins.

"It's going to take some village people living in that village, and we're about to find out if they want to live downtown."

They plan to begin construction around the first of next year.
