HENRYETTA, Oklahoma -- A Henryetta bar held an auction to raise money to increase the reward fund for information that leads to a conviction in the mysterious killing of two Weleetka-area girls two years ago.

Taylor Paschal-Placker and Skyla Whitaker were found shot to death in a ditch along County Line Road on June 8, 2008. It was a double murder that shocked the state and the nation and remains unsolved.

"I remember everything about her. If I tell you everything about her, it's going to take me 13 years," said Peter Placker, Taylor Paschal-Placker's father.

Peter Placker wears half of a pendant in remembrance of his daughter.

"The other half of it is with Taylor. I've had this one ever since then…and I rub it all the time. Every time I get in a bad mood, I sit around and rub this thing and it kinda eases some," said Peter Placker.

But Peter Placker said he will never be at ease until those responsible for his daughter's death come forward. Family and friends are making sure the case is far from going cold with an annual fundraiser and auction at Marvin's Place to raise the reward money.

Marvin White, the owner of Marvin's Place, said they've been overwhelmed with all the support and are receiving help from people they've never met.

"From day one, I've been wishing and praying that somebody would step forward and give some information on this thing. I mean something they say might help. It just might," White said.

In the last two years, the auction raised over $30,000 for the reward money.

The OSBI will give an update on Tuesday from the place the girls were found murdered.
