BROKEN ARROW, OK -- The reward fund of more than $100,000 will not be paid to anyone in the Broken Arrow angel rape case.

She's the five-year-old girl who was kidnapped from her home in 2007 and sexually assaulted before being dumped, eight miles away.

Douglas Polk, junior recently pled guilty to the charges. Broken Arrow police say the reward was to be given to the person whose information led to an arrest and conviction.

Although they did get tips about Polk early in the investigation, it was when he raped a family member, that they connected him to the BA angel case.

No actual money was raised for the reward. Police had received promissory letters from people pledging to give the money, if the need arose.
