Tulsa Man Booked For DUI, Hit And Run Accident

TULSA, OK -- A Tulsa man was arrested following a hit and run accident overnight Friday. Mark Lee Seitsinger, 32, was booked on complaints of driving under the influence, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and failure to carry insurance verification.

Witnesses told police that Seitsinger was driving westbound on 15th Street east of Peoria at about 2:30 a.m. when his car struck a parked pickup truck pushing it forward into another car.

Seitsinger's truck then flipped over on its top.

Seitsinger reportedly got out of the upside down car and ran on foot into an alley. Police received a very good description of the driver including that the man was wearing a black T-shirt with the word "Security" on it.

Tulsa police officers found Seitsinger in the alley near 14th Street. He was checked by EMSA for injuries and transported to the Tulsa County Jail.
