OKLAHOMA CITY – Police have arrested the father of a 3-year-old boy in connection to his kidnapping.
Police in Oklahoma City say the 3-year-old boy taken from his mother's apartment by his noncustodial father has been found safe.
Lt. Jeff Cooper says Tre'Sean Urbin was found in southwest Oklahoma City Friday morning. Details of how the boy was found were not immediately released.
Police arrested Urbin's father, 20-year-old Reuben Lamar. Officers say Lamar took the boy about 2:50 a.m. after breaking into the northwest Oklahoma City apartment where the child lived with his mother.
Police say three men broke into the apartment. Police are searching for these men as well as several other people who may be involved.
