TULSA COUNTY -- A burglary investigation resulted in the discovery of a methamphetamine lab and several arrests, including one man wanted in connection to Organized Crime charges.

Rogers County deputies were called to investigate missing property, including lawn care equipment and a four-wheeler. Sheriff's investigators say they were able to develop information, which led them to a man who had been hired to work for the victim at the victim's residence. An interview of the man was conducted and information was developed that led deputies to the Skiatook Police Department where one item, which had been taken in the larceny, had been impounded by Skiatook Police.

The information obtained by investigators led deputies to Tulsa County where, in cooperation with the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office, information was developed which led deputies to the 6000 block of South 40th West Avenue, the home of Kenneth Dale Ray, 52.

A search warrant was executed at the residence and once inside, deputies located items that they say had been reported stolen in the Rogers County larceny and an operational meth lab. Deputies also located items associated with the sale and distribution of narcotics.

A female resident, Cecilia Camunes, 37, was arrested subsequent to a Tulsa County warrant for failing to pay, according to investigators. Another man, who had been located in the house, was wanted by the State of Florida. Investigators say a warrants check revealed that the man was wanted for "Organized Crime" offenses. The man told deputies that he had traveled to Oklahoma to visit Kenneth Ray.

Deputies at the scene contacted the Tulsa County Drug Task Force in response to the discovery of the meth lab.

Ray was charged with endeavoring to manufacture methamphetamines and knowingly concealing stolen property and is being held in the Tulsa County Jail in lieu of $26,500 bond.
