
If you've had problems with the local franchise of "Gotcha Covered", let me know. I've talked with corporate and they say they want to help customers in what ever way they can. They say the local owner, Angela Uselton, is no longer allowed to sell.
When I tried to reach her about this, I did get a return message left on my voicemail. But it didn't offer an explanation - only a statement to the effect that I didn't have a story because she had already returned the money to the person who contacted us. But she did so after the fact and with other complaints out there, we decided to go forward.
