Uncompleted Pole Barn: Now What?

What a mess!  The pole barn builder, Jason Priest says the reason people's barns aren't complete is because of his wife.  His (soon to be ex) wife Marita says the reason is because Jason took off with the money.  These stories are tough because someone is lying... which doesn't help the customers at all.

If you've been taken, the best thing you can do is file a complaint with the Attorney General's office.  In order for them to take on the case, there's going to need to be enough people who've been victimized but more importantly, an ability to prove that what the couple/individual has done was criminal.

You can also sue in civil court.  One of the customers did and was awarded a 10 thousand dollar judgement - however he's still waiting on the money.  Jason says the money is on the way.
