TULSA, OK -- Two women were killed on Oklahoma highways Tuesday: 57-year-old Vickie Goff of Chouteau and 39-year-old Kimberly Dawn Cole of Bartlesville.

Vickie Goff was walking on a county road about two miles southeast of Chouteau at about 7:10 p.m. when she was struck by a Chevrolet Camaro driven by a 17-year-old Chouteau teen. She died at St. John Hospital in Tulsa, according to a report by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

Thornton was not injured.

Troopers are still investigating the cause of this fatality collision.

Kimberly Dawn Cole, 39, of Bartlesville was killed when her car struck another car head on in Washington County.

Troopers say Cole was traveling southbound on State Highway 123 shortly after 6 p.m. Tuesday when her vehicle ran off the right side of the roadway. Cole then overcorrected and crossed to the left, driving into the path of northbound traffic.

Her car was struck on the passenger side door by a vehicle driven by Larry Dean Topping, 64, of Bartlesville. Both cars went into spins before coming to rest.

Cole died at the scene of massive injuries, troopers state. Topping was treated and released from Jane Phillips Hospital in Bartlesville with head, trunk and leg injuries.

Two passengers in Topping's car, his 57-year-old wife Judy R. Topping and 39-year-old Donald J. Figuerido, all of Bartlesville, were both admitted to Jane Phillips and are expected to recover from their injuries.

The cause of the accident and Cole's condition are still under investigation by the Highway Patrol. All drivers were wearing seat belts.
