Oklahoma Foundation Competing For Million Dollar Grant

TULSA, OK -- The Oklahoma foundation that provides scholarships to families of those killed or disabled in Iraq and Afghanistan is competing for cash and you can help.

Folds of Honor is recruiting votes in the American Express and TakePart Members Project program, which is offering up $1 million in education grants. 

Other foundations are competing in categories such as arts and culture, community development, environment and wildlife, and health and wellness. 

Folds of Honor can secure some of the money but they need as many votes as they can get. They're asking anyone who can to log onto the Members Project website and vote for the foundation. 

Everyone can vote, whether you're a cardmember or not.  A winner will be named in each category.

Voting ends August 22, 2010.
