TULSA, OK -- Tulsa Police are still looking for two men who they believe shot and killed a man during a gun battle late Sunday night on the city's north side.
The shooting happened near the 4600 block of North Cincinnati.
Police tell The News On 6, residents in the neighborhood heard gunfire but didn't see anyone.
Investigators are trying to figure out which of two stories they were given is accurate.
The first story is a man in a truck got into a gun battle with two suspects and those suspects fired back.
The second story is the victim drove through a neighborhood and gets shot and then crashes into parked cars and the suspects open fire on him.
"We have absolutely nothing to go on right now and we're following up on leads trying to develop a suspect profile and put out that description," said Tulsa Police Sgt. Brian Hill.
One of the investigators says two men with rifles got out of their vehicle and shot up the SUV and killed the driver of the SUV.
The driver of the vehicle was transported to a Tulsa hospital where he died.
Police say a home in the 200 block of East 44th Street North was also hit with bullets, but the residents inside the home were not hurt.
Officers are looking for suspects but have very little information on a description of the men or the vehicle they were riding in.
If you saw anything or know anything about the incident, you are asked to call Crime Stoppers at 596-COPS.
