PURCELL, Oklahoma --- A man suspected of killing a mother and her two children was back in court Wednesday, but there was no new information revealed about the state's case against him.

The medical examiner's office concluded that Katrina Griffin died from multiple sharp force trauma, while her son Christian died from multiple stab wounds, and daughter Chasity from smoke inhalation and thermal injuries.

Shaun Bosse, 26, appeared before a judge with court appointed lawyers. They asked the judge to file the probable cause affidavit under seal, and the judge agreed since charges in the case have not yet been filed.

District Attorney Greg Mashburn said he expects to file three first-degree murder charges in the deaths of Griffin and her two children, but Mashburn said that won't happen for another week to 10 days.

Bosse's lawyers said that's an unreasonable delay, and the judge wants prosecutors to present evidence on Monday why it's legal to hold Bosse any longer without charges.

Meanwhile the OSBI has posted a picture of Bosse's pickup on its Web site in hopes that somebody will recognize it and help determine where he was the day before and the evening following the fire.

Until the investigation is over, the D.A. won't be rushed into filing.

"We're going to make sure that we file the right charges on the right person, and we're going to have all the information in front of us when we do it. It's just the responsible way to do it," Mashburn said.

Both sides will be back in court Monday to argue the issue. The District Attorney said it's possible he will be ready to file charges by then.
