Tulsa City Council: We're Taking Care Of Business

TULSA, OKLAHOMA -- The Tulsa City Council, in response to criticism they are too focused on the mayor to do the work of government, released a 48-page summary of their recent accomplishments.

Councilor GT Bynum asked council staff to compile the list that starts with the beginning of an investigation of the administration. It details every council meeting, agenda item and vote undertaken by the council since March 25th.

In a letter to the other councilors, Bynum said "It is easy when we are working hard week to week to forget the cumulative effect of what we've been doing."
