SHAWNEE, Oklahoma -- The mother of a murdered Tecumseh man is suing a company that operates the prison from which the murder suspects escaped.

Vivan Haas, the mother of Gary Haas, has filed a $10 million claim against the Management & Training Corporation, the company that operates the prison where John McCluskey, Daniel Renwick and Tracy Allen Province escaped on July 30, 2010.

Province, McCluskey and accomplice Casselyn Welch were charged with the murders of Gary and Linda Haas at a rest stop in New Mexico while they were on the run.
