TULSA, Oklahoma -- The 31st Annual Oklahoma Scottish Festival is going on through Sunday at River West Festival Park.
The event includes authentic Scottish music, food, athletic challenges and dancing.
"There's a good number of people who want to learn about their history and their ancestry that come out, but it's open to everybody and it'll be just as Oktoberfest is," said Steve Campbell, festival director.
