TULSA, OKLAHOMA -- A dilapidated downtown building is on its way back to its former glory.
A local developer has purchased the landmark Tulsa Club. Jeffrey Scott will pay $1.1 million for the downtown high-rise. It has been vacant since the 1990's, falling into disrepair.
Scott said he hopes to return the Tulsa Club to prominence, but still hasn't ironed out his plans for the building.
