Tulsa Man Shot In Leg During Early Thursday Morning Incident

TULSA, Oklahoma -- Tulsa Police say a man told officers that while he was walking to a north Tulsa apartment complex, it was surprised by three suspects and shot in the leg. 

Police got the initial call at 1:40 a.m.

Police say the victim, who refused to cooperate with officers was taken to a Tulsa hospital with what they said was a non-life threatening wound. 

He told Tulsa Police, the shooting happened in the 2100 block of North Hartford about 1:40 a.m.  But Tulsa Police believe the shooting really occurred in the 600 block of East Young Street. 

At that scene, police discovered 50 shell casings. 

An investigation into the shooting continues.
