Tulsa Shooting Victim Not Seriously Injured

TULSA, Oklahoma -- Tulsa Police are still looking for a suspect who shot a man in the right thigh late Wednesday night in the 2100 block of North Hartford. 

Police got the call at 11:27 p.m. to respond to the Edenwood Apartments.  Upon arrival, officers found a man suffering from a non-life threatening gunshot wound. 

He told officers, he and a friend were walking near Woodrow Place and Garrison when a pickup truck drove up and a suspect inside the pickup truck opened fire. 

The victim ran to Edenwood Apartment where they called 911. 

The man was transported to a Tulsa hospital by EMSA.

Neither the victim or his friend could ID the shooter.  The pickup truck was described as a two tone dark blue with wood grain on the side. 

Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 596-COPS.
