TULSA, Oklahoma -- A Tulsa man has been arrested in connection to a reported burglary and rape earlier this month at an apartment complex.
Brandon Cleo Powell, 23, was booked on two complaints of armed robbery and one complaint of first degree rape.

According to police, Powell broke into an apartment in the 3700 block of North Birmingham early Sunday, October 10. Two women roommates and some small children were at the residence.
Powell allegedly took a few dollars from the women then raped one of them.
