TULSA, Oklahoma -- A string of armed robberies late Sunday night and early Monday morning may be related according to Tulsa Police.

Within the span of 3 hours, Tulsa Police say three black male suspects robbed several apartment residents of their possessions and even shot at one victim.

The first of the apartment complex robberies occurred in the 7400 block of East 47th Street at the Westminster Apartments.

Tulsa Police say three black males robbed a resident of a cell phone in the complex's parking lot at 10:32 p.m. Sunday.

At 11:20 p.m., three black males approached two men installing a car stereo in the Village East apartment at 11513 East 23rd Street.

Both victims were ordered to lie on the ground, but one got and ran.

Police say one suspect fired a shot, grazing the man in the head. The other victim was pistol whipped.

Both were taken to a Tulsa hospital.

At midnight, a woman walking her dog was forced back into her apartment and robbed by three black males.

Police say at this incident in the Tower Crossing Apartments at 4346 South 109th East Avenue, the woman's TV and other personal items were stolen.

And then at 2:52 a.m. at Pheasant Run Apartments in the 7400 block of South Lewis, police say three black males kicked in the door of an apartment, surprising a victim asleep on the couch.

One suspect held the victim down with a pillow, while the other two rummaged through the apartment taking several personal items.
