TULSA, Oklahoma -- Veterans Day is Thursday, November 11, 2010, and several Green Country restaurants will be honoring service members with free food.

The Money Saving Queen rounded up a few of the deals:

  • Arby's is giving away free regular roast beef sandwiches to all active duty military and veterans
  •  Outback Steakhouse says they consider it an honor to serve those who serve our country, so veterans can get a free bloomin' onion and non-alcoholic drink.
  • Chili's is also offering a free meal for any active duty military and veterans.
  • Applebees is giving veterans and active-duty service members their choice of seven entrees for free.

Next Monday, November 15, 2010, Golden Corral is hosting their 10th annual military appreciation dinner. Last year, 335,000 veterans took part in restaurants across the country.

Details for all of these specials are on moneysavingqueen.com.
