TULSA, Oklahoma -- Winterfest is back at the BOK Center this year. And, it's even bigger and better with a Ferris wheel, carousel and holiday market.

It's located right outside the BOK Center at 3rd and Frisco. Of course, the ice-skating rink returns.

It costs $8 per person which includes skate rental. If you bring your own skates, it's just $5 per person. And, it's no small rink.

"About twice the size of the skating at Rockefeller Center. So, just a great way for people and families to come downtown and skate beneath the skyline," said BOK Center General Manager John Bolton.

Ice skating carnival rides will not be the only activity offered during the 38-day event.

The state's tallest outdoor Christmas tree, adorned with more than 35,000 lights, will provide a festive backdrop.

There will also be plenty of free outdoor entertainment, including area performers, school bands and much more.

The festival will offer several discount days if you bring a food or clothing item to donate.
