SHERMAN, Texas -- A 63-year-old Tahlequah man was arrested Tuesday night on a complaint of manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance after a traffic stop in Sherman, Texas.
After making the stop on U.S. Highway 77, a police officer noticed a strong odor of cherry and vanilla coming from Johnny Lee Gandy's car.
A police K-9 unit was called in and a search of the car located 2 kilos of cocaine in the trunk.
Sherman Police also 30 canned air fresheners in the trunk and 13 fresheners in the car's glove box.
Gandy was booked into the Grayson County jail. His bond is set at $150,000.
