TULSA, Oklahoma -- Tulsa day care worker Meredith Howard pleaded not guilty Thursday to two counts of child abuse.
Howard was charged with assaulting a 19-month old girl at the John Knox Child Development Center. Police said the incident occurred on November 4, 2010.
