TULSA, Oklahoma -- A high speed chase in north Tulsa begins and ends early Thursday morning after police spot a suspicious vehicle while investigating a series of car burglaries near Admiral and Sheridan.

Tulsa Police were patrolling the area when they spotted a pickup truck.  When they tried to pull it over, it took off through nearby neighborhoods.

The pickup truck finally stopped at an apartment complex near Young and Maplewood after police used tire deflators.

The driver, 29-year-old Paul Bradley of Inola jumped out and took off on foot.

After a brief foot chase, officers were able to take him into custody.

While searching the pickup truck, officers found some syringes.

Bradley was booked into the Tulsa County jail on a variety of complaints, including eluding a police officer and driving with a suspended or revoked drivers license.
