Illinois Company Recalls Chicken Salad Products

Illinois-based Suter Company is recalling about 72,000 cans of chicken salad that may contain foreign materials. They were sold to stores nationwide.

UNDATED -- Illinois-based Suter Company is recalling about 72,000 cans of chicken salad that may contain foreign materials. They were sold to stores nationwide.

This includes the "Bumble Bee Lunch On The Run Chicken Salad Complete Lunch" with a best by date of August 2011. Also 3.5-ounce packages of "Bumble Bee Chicken Salad With Crackers" with a best by date of February 2012 is listed in the recall.

The problem was found after customers found hard plastic in the product. No injuries have been reported.
