HENRYETTA, Oklahoma -- A 13-year-old boy is dead after a shooting Friday night in Henryetta.
The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation said the victim, Landon Jewell, was shot at a home located in the 1000 block of West Cummings Street just after 7 p.m.
Investigators say there were several other juveniles in the home at the time. The OSBI said they do have a suspect, but no arrests have been made.
Investigators are conducting interviews and waiting on the cause of death to be determined by the medical examiner before any charges, if any, are filed.
Right now they're not sure whether the shooting was an accident or intentional.
No further information was immediately available.
