FORT WORTH, TEXAS -- Police have arrested a man they say is connected to the disappearance of an Oklahoma City woman. Ronald Banks was captured Saturday night at a bus stop in Fort Worth, Texas.
Oklahoma City police issued a warrant for first-degree murder in the disappearance of a 48-year-old woman last seen December 6. They say they have evidence that connects Banks to the disappearance of Angela Biggers who vanished last Monday.
Her family says the couple had only been dating for two months, and they weren't aware of his criminal past which includes serving time for shooting with intent to kill. They say Angela Biggers had no idea either.
"She wanted to be with somebody and be loved," said Jennifer Biggers, Angela's daughter-in-law. "I think that's what she was looking for with him."
Police have no information about Biggers' whereabouts. They will question Banks once he is brought back to Oklahoma.
