TULSA, Oklahoma -- Two residents of a home in the 3600 block of South Lawton awoke Wednesday morning to the smell of smoke.
Tulsa Fire responded just after 4 a.m. and when firefighters arrived found smoke and flames coming out of two living room windows.
They were able to knock down the fire quickly.
Neither resident in the home were injured.
Fire officials say while the fire was contained to one room, the rest of the home suffered heavy smoke damage.
Cause of the fire remains under investigation.
