OKLAHOMA CITY -- A state representative and former state senator accused of bribery will turn themselves in after the first of the year.
State Representative Randy Terrill and former State Senator Debbe Leftwich are expected to surrender January 3. Oklahoma County District Attorney David Prater has charged them with bribery and accepting a bribe.
Terrill is accused of hatching a plan to create a position for Leftwich at the Medical Examiner's Office so she would withdraw her candidacy for Senate District 44.
Both Terrill and Leftwich have said they've done nothing wrong.
