TULSA, Oklahoma -- No one was arrested after a stabbing incident at the Fairmont Terrace Apartments in the 1000 block of East 60th Street Wednesday evening.

Police say at about 7:50 p.m. officers were sent to the complex after a request by EMSA medics.

Tulsa Police say a 47-year-old Tulsa man had returned to an apartment where he sometimes stays and found his girlfriend in bed with another man.

Officers say the man went to the kitchen and returned with a knife.  A fight ensued between the suspect and the other man.

Both the suspect and the victim were transported by EMSA to a Tulsa hospital with non-life threatening injuries to their hands, face and chests.

Police say the suspect was not arrested due to injuries sustained by the suspect, and the victim declined to pursue charges.
