Authorities Identify Okmulgee County Man Killed In Property Dispute

OKMULGEE COUNTY, Oklahoma -- The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation has released the name of the man killed in a property dispute Thursday.

Bobby Lynn Warner, 55, was shot and killed at his rural home on Bald Hill Road east of State Highway 52.

His body was found outside a barn on his property. There were two witnesses to the shooting, agents say, and six people at the home when the shooting took place.

There have been no arrests in the shooting, but interviews are continuing. The OSBI said that it plans to release more information on the shooting later on Friday.
