TULSA, Oklahoma -- Police arrested a Tulsa man late Sunday night after burglary detectives say he used his 12-year-old son to help during a vehicle burglary.

Tulsa Police arrested 36-year-old Jeremy Cambell on complaints of burglary of a vehicle and contributing to the delinquency of a minor in the 6700 block of South 73rd East Avenue at 11:23 p.m. Sunday.

Police say Jeremy Cambell sat in the comfort of his car, while he had his son get out to break into cars and steal whatever he could get his hands on.

Officers say they were talking with the victim and a witness when Cambell drove by in his SUV. Police stopped the SUV and arrested Cambell.

Detectives tell News On 6 Cambell's son held a flashlight for his dad during the burglary.
