TULSA, Oklahoma -- Another chance of wintry precipitation is in the forecast for Saturday night and Sunday, according to News On 6 meteorologist Dick Faurot.

"This next system does not look all that impressive at this time, but it could still cause some problems," Faurot said Saturday morning.

"For the most part though, we are expecting just some light snow with this system with a dusting to perhaps an inch by the time it ends Sunday night."

Faurot said that the southwest winds blowing into the area would normally warm things up, but "the best we can hope for is to get above freezing" on Saturday.

Sunday's forecast includes a 40 percent chance of precipitation that may start off as sleet or freezing rain before transitioning over to snow. Accumulations are expected to be very light with daytime temperatures in the 30s.

The next storm system is expected to move in by Wednesday with snow totals in the 4 to 6 inch range.
