TULSA, Oklahoma -- A 17-year-old Tulsa teenager is a Tulsa hospital after his vehicle struck a bridge at high speed late Sunday night.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says Brady Duncan was westbound on the Creek Turnpike when a trooper clocked his 2003 Nissan Pathfinder going 85 mph.

Just as the trooper turned on her lights in an attempt to stop the vehicle, she watched it cross from the inside lane of the Creek Turnpike to the outside lane and strike the bridge just before Riverside Drive.

The impact caused the Pathfinder to roll three times coming to rest on its wheels.

OHP troopers say Duncan was taken to a Tulsa hospital with internal injuries.
