UNDATED -- John Sullivan campaigned on it. Now he's among three Oklahoma congressmen targeted for an ethics investigation- for sleeping in their Capitol Hill office.

A national non-profit is asking the Congressional Ethics Office to investigate whether Sullivan, Dan Boren, and James Lankford are violating House rules by camping out at work.

Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington said they're breaking the rules and using their offices for personal gain, treating the Capitol like a frat house.

"It's definitely not a frat house. The people that are sleeping in their offices are doing it so they can work harder. They're not having any wild parties or anything like that," said Boren.

The watchdog group says living at the Capitol violates the rule prohibiting congressmen from using taxpayer resources for anything other than performing their official duties.
