The new civil suit is filed on behalf of one of those boys.

The lawsuit claims the schools knew about the incidents but didn't take any action.

According to court documents, the plaintiff is seeking compensatory damages "in excess of $75,000," from Yerton, as well as the school district.   Court documents show the plaintiff is also asking for punitive damages "in excess of $75,000" from Yerton.

Yerton is the former assistant principal at Skelly Elementary in Tulsa. He also taught at Disney Elementary.  He resigned from TPS in June 2010 after 17 years.
