JAY, Oklahoma -- A Delaware County man is in jail after he turned himself in late Monday in connection with the recovery on February 19, 2011 of 82 plastic bottles linked to a meth lab.

The sheriff's office says 26-year-old Toby Kenyon was arrested Monday night when he surrendered at the sheriff's office in Jay.

Earlier this month, deputies received a tip about a meth lab. When deputies went to investigate, they found the bottles, meth, chemicals, scales and syringes consistent with the 'shake and bake' method of making meth.
