BARTLESVILLE, Oklahoma – A Bartlesville woman previously charged with child neglect in the death of her ten-day-old baby now faces a first degree murder charge, according to court records.

Lyndsey Fiddler, 26, was charged with felony child neglect in November 2010 after her ten-day-old baby, Maggie Mae Trammel, was found dead in a washing machine.

Court records show there was methamphetamine in Fiddler's system. Court records also reveal Fiddler told police she has no idea how the 10-day-old infant ended up in the washing machine.

A preliminary hearing is set for March 10, 2011.
